Privacy Policy

Figurenesis uses data to run the game, save your progress and keep your account secure. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics, and we do not sell your personal data.

Google sign-in and Clerk

We use Clerk to provide Google sign-in. When you sign in, Google shares your account identifier, email address and basic profile information (such as your name and profile picture) with Clerk. Clerk processes this information on our behalf to manage your account and sessions. We link your Clerk user ID to your game profile. We do not receive your Google password or request access to Gmail, Drive or your contacts.

Game data and browser storage

We store your player ID, chosen name, progress, achievements, game statistics and settings. In multiplayer, other players can see your player name, flag, match information and messages you send to the room. Cookies and browser storage support sign-in, guest saves and preferences; they are not used for advertising. Clearing browser data may remove access to a guest save.

Service providers and security

Clerk, our hosting provider and Cloudflare process data needed to deliver and protect the service, including IP addresses, browser information and technical logs. Data may be processed outside your country, including in the United States. Clerk describes its transfer safeguards in its Data Processing Addendum. See also Clerk's privacy policy and Google's privacy policy. We share data only as needed to operate the service or meet legal obligations.

Retention and your choices

We keep account and game data while you use the service, until you request deletion, or as needed for security and legal obligations. Limited copies may remain in backups until they are rotated. Removing Google's access permission does not automatically delete your saved game data.

Where applicable, we process account and game data to provide the service you request, and technical data for our legitimate interest in security and reliability. You may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, or object to or ask us to restrict processing. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
